Dawn Marie

With over twenty years of experience in property management and real estate, Dawn Marie is dedicated to helping home buyers and home owners achieve their goals and dreams. Prior to Dawn Marie joining Granite Real Estate, she was a Previews agent with Coldwell Banker and also worked as a property manager with some of the top property management companies, such as FPI Management.     

Nearly 20 years ago, Dawn and her husband Andrew relocated their family to Auburn from the Sacramento Valley. Dawn says, “Making Auburn our home was the best thing we’ve ever done. Supporting our local sports programs and schools has been a big part of our family.”     

As a Placer County resident, Dawn Marie truly understands the area and she is never at a loss for words when asked why she moved here, “Just look around. We have all of the comforts of a big city, but yet were like the best kept secret in the foothills.”      

During the course of her real estate career, Dawn Marie has achieved numerous management and top-producer awards and recognition for proficiency, but it is her faith and family that serves as her cornerstone. Dawn Marie enjoys taking nature walks with her grandson, attending cheer competitions with her daughter and just being with the family, “I am proud of my professional achievements, but the greatest gift I have is that of being a wife, mother and now grandmother.
