I became a licensed real estate professional in 2003.  After a career as an instructional designer/developer in the mortgage industry, real estate provided a great opportunity to get back to my roots in sales and customer service.   My years of training and experience in effective communications, negotiations, and technical writing provide me with the skills to help others achieve their goals, whether buying or selling.

My goal is to handle each real estate transaction with precision and professionalism, while advocating for my clients each step of the way.   During my 12 years as a Realtor®, I’ve served clients from Wheatland to Elk Grove in bank owned, probate, traditional, and short sale transactions.

With a passion for serving others, and with recent degrees in Human Services and Chemical Dependency Studies, I spend my spare time working with the youth, elderly, and those struggling with addiction.  A portion of each sale is donated to non-profit organizations providing for these populations.
