My professional experience reaches back 20+ years and includes residential development projects from single family homes & lots, medium size subdivisions and commercial property management, sales, development & appraisal. As an appraiser covering the State of California I consistently have my finger on the pulse of the market. I am on the FHA roster with HUD, follow USPAP guidelines and a Realtor. I have many years in sales and management and believe when done right, is very rewarding and enjoyable. I am an Auburn Native.
