Sharon Curtis is a licensed real estate professional with over 30 years of appraisal and banking experience. Sharon is a licensed real estate sales person and has experience on both sides of the transaction process that will contribute to a seamless selling/buying process.

Sharon has extensive knowledge on real estate pricing and statistics. Pricing your home correctly, or knowing your are not over-paying are critical in today's market.

Sharon holds a BS Degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, with a double major in social sciences and education. She also maintains a teaching certification from the State of California and is currently teaching real estate courses for a large California based real estate school. Sharon has taught real estate and appraisal classes since 1985.
